BOOKING PROCEDURES

• Course reservations must be booked in advance by phone or email.
• Challenge Country will send you a written confirmation which includes a packet containing information and forms you will need (Release of Liability, Medical Condition and Wellness, “Wear and Bring” note, directions and a map) to prepare for the trip.
• Several days before your booked date we will contact you to update your information. Based on this updated information we will prepare food and schedule facilitators. In fairness to everyone, we will also use these numbers to prepare our invoices.
• We encourage you to arrive at the appointed time. If you are late, your “on course” time will be reduced.
• We do not require payment in advance.
• In the event of bad weather, we will look for a mutually acceptable date to reschedule.

TIMES

• Challenge Country is open all year and operates any time during daylight hours (exception is “Revivor”).
• Early booking is the key to reserving the course on the day and time best for you.
